Ingredients

  • 50 gr Butter
  • 75 gr Refined Sugar
  • 70 gr Egg White
  • 90 gr all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • a little salt
  • 1 tsp red velvet paste
  • Topping: almonds and cheese
  • Carlo homemade: 1 tablespoon flour + 1 tablespoon margarine + 1 tablespoon oil, mix well.

How to make

  • 1. Beat butter, vanilla, salt and powdered sugar with a whisk until pale
  • 2. Enter the egg whites gradually while stirring well
  • 3. Add flour and red velvet paste, mix well
  • 4. Grease the pan with a slightly thick carlo.
  • 5. Take a glass, then dip the mouth of the glass into the mixture, stick it on the baking sheet to form a round pattern.
  • 6. Then take the dough, thin it using the back of a spoon until it evenly meets the circular pattern earlier.
  • - Bake in an oven that has been preheated at a temperature of 120 – 130″C until cooked
  • - Once cool put in a jar.
