Material A

  • 400 ml fresh coconut milk
  • 2 bunches of pandan leaves
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Material B

  • 100 ml coconut water

Material C

  • 100 gr cassava tape for the wick
  • 125 gr sugar
  • 11/2 tsp

Material D

  • 250 gr rice flour
  • 50 gr wheat flour

  • Grated coconut dregs used coconut milk
  • Cone-shaped leaves

How to Make Apem Jawa & Pasung

  • -Bring ingredient A and let it warm
  • -prepare ingredient C, knead the tape and sugar until smooth. Then add instant yeast, squeeze until well mixed
  • -Enter material D in the selling hose with ingredients A and B (divide 3 parts) stir until smooth and not lumpy
  • - Klop the dough for 5 minutes after smooth sieve the dough until smooth
  • -cover with a clean cloth, let stand for 1 hour or until it expands and foam comes out evenly
  • -Heat the mud cake mold with oil, pour 1 tablespoon of roasted vegetables over low heat until the top is bubbly then cover and cook until the top is dry, not wet and cooked
  • - if you like it behind you can also reverse it
  • -For pasung, prepare a steamer, pour the coconut dregs into the pot and bring it to a boil
  • -fill the dough into a cone leaf then plug it into the dregs then steam until cooked
