Ingredients

  • 150 grams of ripe Ambon bananas (net weight after removing the skin) you can also use Cavendis
  • 50 gr melted margarine
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 40 g sugar
  • 40 gr brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 120 gr low protein flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder @zeelandia_indonesia
  • tsp baking soda
  • tsp melted vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • enough DCC

Toppings

  • Chocolate Chocochip

How to make

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 200 delci from top to bottom
  • 2. Muddy bananas with a fork
  • 3. Enter the sugar, brown sugar, mix well, using a whisk, then add the melted margarine, cooking oil, mix well again
  • 4. Add in the beaten eggs, salt, melted vanilla, mix until smooth
  • 5. Add the sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, gradually, gently fold using a spatula
  • 6. Enter the dough cup, give DCC overwrite it again with the dough, approximately 1 cup 65 gr, topping with chocochip
  • 7. Bake on the bottom rack, fire up and down 200 delci for 5 minutes, then lower 170 delci for 20 minutes activate the oven blower, so that the heat is more evenly distributed, then do a toothpick test
