Ingredients

  • 50 gr non sugar yogurt (me: plain yogurt)
  • 50 ml of liquid whipping cream
  • 100 gr unsalted butter
  • 100 gr powdered sugar
  • 2 whole eggs, beaten
  • 220 gr wheat flour (me: low pro)
  • 6 gr baking powder

How to make

  • 1. Mix yogurt and whipping cream, mix well, set aside.
  • 2. Beat butter and powdered sugar until soft and pale in color using a whisk.
  • 3. Pour in the beaten egg, divide it into 4 times, while beating well with a whisk.
  • 4. Add flour and baking powder while sifting. Add half first, mix well. Alternate by pouring half the yogurt + whipping cream mixture, mix well. Add the remaining flour, mix well. Add the remaining yogurt mixture, mix well.
  • 5. Pour the batter into the cup (just look at the last slide)
  • 6. Preheat oven to 180C on top and bottom, bake for 25-30 min.
