Moss Pudding Ingredients

  • 1 pack of agar – agar beining
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 125 gr instant coconut milk
  • 550 ml Water
  • 100 ml pandan juice (I added 1 tsp pandan paste)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla paste

Step

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients and then strain so they don't stick together
  • 2. Cook over medium heat, the moss will automatically appear, cook until it boils.
  • 3. Pour into the pan.
  • 1. Cook all ingredients B until it starts to explode, turn off the fire
  • 2.Take half of the agar - agar, pour it into ingredient A, stir quickly with a whisk, then add it to the rest of the ingredients B, stir until it boils.
  • 3. Pour over the moss pudding whose surface has slightly set, if you touch your finger, it won't stick anymore (don't wait until the moss pudding is completely set because it's hard to stick/easy to peel off the pudding layer)

Butter Pudding Ingredients A

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 100 gr butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1/2 can sweet thick
  • (Stir all ingredients using a whisk until smooth, set aside)

Butter Pudding Ingredients B

  • 1 pack of agar - clear
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 550 ml water
