Ingredients

  • 360 high pro flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 50 gr butter
  • 180 lukewarm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 7 g instant yeast

Material contents

  • 200 gr grated mozzarella
  • Ready-to-eat Spaghetti Sauce
  • Sufficient smoked meat
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  • Parsley for sprinkling

How to cook

  • 1. Knead all ingredients except salt and butter until half smooth
  • 2. Add butter and salt, knead until elastic. round up. Let stand about 40-50 minutes
  • 3. Flatten the dough into a square shape, spread with spaghetti sauce until smooth, give smoked meat and then sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Leave the grated mozzarella for sprinkling.
  • 4. Roll it slowly, cut it into pieces, if you want it neatly cut it with thread.
  • 5. Arrange on a baking sheet or bread cup
  • 6. Let stand for about 15 minutes so that it expands a little
  • 7. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella, parsley and tomato sauce
  • 8. Oven at 150/170 for 15 minutes or adjust the oven condition
  • 9. Serve
