Cheese Bolen Tape
Material 1
- 100g Cakra Flour (I 70g Chakra + 30G Triangle)
- 75 g margarine
- 1 tbsp oil
- * all ingredients are mixed well, rounded, let stand 10 minutes, divide into 15 circles
Material 2
- 200 g of chakra flour ( I 150 g chakra + 50 g triangle)
- 75 g margarine
- 80 ml water
- 30 g powdered sugar
- *All ingredients are kneaded until half smooth, just enough so that it doesn't stick to your hands and the container, round it, let it rest for 15 minutes, divide into 15 rounds
Ingredients 3 (Stuffing)
- 300 g of good quality tape, remove the fiber and grind it
- 1.5 tablespoons powdered sugar or to taste depending on the tape is sweet or not
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp margarine (15 g)
- 50 g grated cheese
- 25 g milk powder
- * all ingredients are mixed well, divide by 15
Spread
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp liquid milk
- *stir well
Topping
- Grated cheese
Solution
- Roll out dough 2 thinly lengthwise, put dough 1 on it (slightly flattened) fold dough 2 like an envelope covering all parts of dough 1.
- Then thinly milled lengthwise. Fold again, grind again. Repeat up to 3 times.
- Do it until the dough runs out. Leave it for 15 minutes.
- Take 1 roll of dough. Roll it thin and then add the filling. Neat folding. Arrange in the pan. Do this until the dough rolls and filling are used up.
- Brush the surface with egg yolk. Sprinkle cheese.
- Bake until cooked (I'm about 25-30 minutes, medium heat tends to be high)
