Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 gr granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Emulsifier
  • 120 gr Wheat Flour
  • 2 Sachets of Kapucino Coffee, dissolved in a little hot water
  • 100 gr Margarine, melted
  • 40 gr Vegetable oil
  • Coffee paste to taste (optional)
  • Chocochips according to taste

How to make

  • 1. In a bowl, add eggs, sugar, emulsifier, mixer until thick and thick.
  • 2. Enter the flour gradually, then add the coffee, the mixer speed is low enough as long as it's flat.
  • 2. Enter the liquid margarine and vegetable oil, stir back with a spatula until blended. (so that margarine is easily mixed with oil, stirred together).
  • 3. Pour on a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine and lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with chocochips.
  • 4. Oven with a temperature of 170′ C 45 minutes (adjust each oven).
  • 5. Once cooked, remove from the pan, cut into pieces and serve.
