Ingredients

  • Dough
  • Bechamel sauce
  • Beef bolognese pasta sauce (I bought instant)
  • Mozzarella Cheese

Bechamel sauce ingredients

  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 500 ml liquid milk
  • 150 gr grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper (may not use)
  • 1 tsp parsley powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  • Melt the margarine, add the flour, stir quickly..then add the milk little by little while continuing to stir.. add the cheese, nutmeg, pepper & Salt, stir again until it explodes, add parsley powder, turn off the fire
  • Mix all the ingredients, knead until smooth.. Round the dough, put it in a container that has been greased with oil, close the rest for 1 hour (or until it expands 2x), deflate.. then thin the print according to the mold used..

Dough Ingredients

  • 350 gr is high protein
  • 6 g instant yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 200 ml liquid milk
  • 100 ml SKM
  • 30 g oil

Solution

  • Arrange the dough on a baking sheet, spread it with beef bolognese pasta sauce, then add the bechamel sauce, finally sprinkle with moza cheese..
  • Bake at a temperature of 160-170°c, lower heat for 20 minutes, then top and bottom fire for 10 minutes… (adjust the time, if the pan is smaller, the smaller the pan, the faster the roasting time)
  • Remove and serve hot
