Ingredients

  • 10 egg yolks
  • 60 g of powdered sugar
  • 135 gr margarine
  • 1 tbsp sweet thick
  • 30 gr protein flour.medium
  • 27 gr milk powder (1 sachet)
  • 1/2 tsp speck seasoning (can substitute vanilla)
  • Spread: thick sweet
  • Topping: prunes flaked

How to make

  • 1. Beat margarine and sweetened thick with a mixer on high speed until fluffy and white (about 10 minutes). Set aside, wash the whisk thoroughly.
  • 2. Beat egg yolks and powdered sugar on high speed until thick, add margarine gradually, beat on low.
  • 3. Enter the flour, milk powder, and spekoek seasoning, beat on low speed until smooth.
  • 4. Divide the dough equally (weigh) and pour into 2 pans that have been smeared with margarine on the sides, and lined with parchment paper.
  • 5. Flatten using a scrapper, beat once and give prunes
  • 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes until the top is browned (don't let the oven dry, please don't let it dry). Leave it for 5 minutes.
  • 7. Remove from the pan on the baking paper, peel off the bottom baking paper, slice the edges of the part to be rolled.
  • 8. Grease the top with sweetened condensed, roll up, compact.
  • 9. Remove the first cake from the tin in front of the rolled cake roll, spread it with sweetened condensation, roll up the first one, compact, wrap in baking paper, store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then slice.
