Ingredients

  • 1 kg of steamed cassava
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pandan paste, taro paste, strawberry paste
  • Steamed young grated coconut

How to make

  • Puree the cassava that has been steamed and still hot with sugar & salt..
  • Divide into several parts, add mixed pasta until smooth.. then print with mooncake molds.. sprinkle with steamed grated coconut, serve..🤗
