Gethuk Contemporary
Ingredients
- 1 kg of steamed cassava
- 200 gr sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- Pandan paste, taro paste, strawberry paste
- Steamed young grated coconut
How to make
- Puree the cassava that has been steamed and still hot with sugar & salt..
- Divide into several parts, add mixed pasta until smooth.. then print with mooncake molds.. sprinkle with steamed grated coconut, serve..🤗
