Ingredients

  • 300 gr Glutinous Rice
  • 500 ml of boiled water pea flower
  • 6 Bananas Kepok (any)
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp Fine Salt
  • 250 ml Coconut Milk @karasantan.id
  • 50 gr grated coconut
  • Adequate Banana Leaves
  • Adequate Rapia Rope

How to make

  • 1. Wash the glutinous rice, and soak it in boiled water, which has been cooled. soak for 1 hour. after that drain.
  • 2. Steam the glutinous rice for 20 minutes.
  • 3. Cut the banana in two, set aside
  • 4. Bring the coconut milk, sugar and salt to a boil, set aside
  • 5. Pour the hot coconut milk into the steamed glutinous rice, let it soak until the coconut milk is absorbed, mix well, add the grated coconut, stir until well mixed.
  • 6. prepare a piece of banana leaf that has been cleaned, put enough sticky rice and flatten it, put a piece of banana in the middle then wrap and fold both ends. Make it up.
  • 7. Take two fast packs, then tie them with a rope. make to finish.
  • 8. Steam again for 30 minutes / until cooked.
