Bangka Ring Cake
Material A
- 500gr tpg chakra
- 1/2 pack instant yeast
- 100cc thick coconut milk (can replace with kara)
- -+150cc cold water (watery coconut milk).
- 125gr granulated sugar
Material B
- 2 tbsp margarine/butter
- 1/2 tsp salt.
Method
- Cmpr all ingredients A mixer 1/2 times.
- Add ingredients B mixer until smooth.
- Let stand -+30 minutes.
- Deflate the dough for "according to taste.
- Let stand again - + 30 minutes (adjust to room temperature).
- Give 3 holes and fry over medium heat until cooked.
- Serve.
