Bangka Ring Cake

Material A

  • 500gr tpg chakra
  • 1/2 pack instant yeast
  • 100cc thick coconut milk (can replace with kara)
  • -+150cc cold water (watery coconut milk).
  • 125gr granulated sugar

Material B

  • 2 tbsp margarine/butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt.

Method

  • Cmpr all ingredients A mixer 1/2 times.
  • Add ingredients B mixer until smooth.
  • Let stand -+30 minutes.
  • Deflate the dough for "according to taste.
  • Let stand again - + 30 minutes (adjust to room temperature).
  • Give 3 holes and fry over medium heat until cooked.
  • Serve.
