Steamed Chocolate Cheesecake
Chocolate Cake Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 150 gr sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cake Emulsifier
- 1 tsp Vanilla Paste
- 80 gr medium protein flour
- 35 cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Athena baking powder @zeelandia_indonesia
- 75 gr dark cooking chocolate
- 120ml oil
Cheese Layer Ingredients
- 170 gr cheese spread / cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp low protein flour
How to make
- 1. Melt DCC
- 2. Mixer eggs, sugar, vanilla, sp until fluffy pale trails, add flour, cocoa powder, BP (while sifting) mixer on low speed until the mixture is well blended. Enter the liquid dcc and vegetable oil, stir again until smooth (divide the chocolate cake batter into 2 parts)
- 3. Cheese dough: mixer cream cheese and sugar until soft, add eggs, water, lemon, mixer until well blended, add flour, stir with a spatula until well blended.
- 4. Pour 1/2 of the chocolate mixture into the tin, steam for 7-10 minutes on low or medium heat, then pour the cream cheese mixture, steam for another 7-10 minutes. Pour in the remaining chocolate mixture. Finally steamed for -/+ 20 minutes.
- 5. Remove from the steamer, remove from the pan.
