How to make
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a round baking pan (22cm) with parchment paper. Mash 200 gr banana.
2. Container I: mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
3. Container II: with mixer on high speed, beat butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time while still beating on low speed until it becomes a homogeneous mixture. Add the mashed bananas and blueberries. Stir well.
4. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture. Mix with a spatula until a homogeneous, lump-free dough is formed. The dough will be very thick and stiff.
5. Pour the batter into the pan. Smooth the surface. Arrange the topping ingredients on it. Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes until the center of the cake is perfectly cooked (do a toothpick test). Turn off the oven.
6. Leave the cake on the baking sheet at room temperature. Cut and serve when the cake is cool enough.
