Mango Creamy Pudding
Material Layer 1
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (dissolved first)
- 7 gr agar² powder plain
- 250 ml UHT milk
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- pinch of salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients then cook until it boils. Turn off the heat, pour into the pan, add a few pieces of mango. Chill Until Set
- blender mango, water, sugar and skim. Then mix with agar². Cook everything until it boils, turn off the heat, wait until the steam disappears, then pour it into the cold creamy pudding pan.
Layer 2 Material
- 1 sweet mango
- 750 ml of water
- Sugar and SKM according to taste
- 7 gr agar² powder plain
