Marble Cake 5 Eggs
Ingredients
- 5 chicken eggs
- 180 grams of sugar
- 200 grams of low pro wheat flour
- 100 grams butter (melted)
- 60 grams of vegetable oil (me: olive oil)
- 30 ml uht milk
- 1 tsp cake emulsifier
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cocoa powder + 1.5 tbsp hot water (me: chocolate paste)
The method
- Me: 24cm diameter pan (it's too big)
- Sift flour & salt, set aside
- Mixer eggs, sugar, cake emulsifier & vanilla until thick white, add UHT milk, mixer until smooth
- Reduce mixer speed, add flour spoonful by spoon, mix until smooth
- Add melted butter & oil, mix well
- Divide the dough into 2 parts, 1 part is original & the other 1 is given chocolate paste, smooth it out
- Pour into the pan alternately, tapping to release air bubbles
- Bake in preheat oven at 175C for 45 minutes (adjust according to your oven) do a toothpick test, when it's cooked, remove from oven, serve💗
