Marble Layer Pudding

Ingredient 1 (Caramel Layer)

  • 50 gr sugar
  • 250 ml of warm water
  • 4 g clear agar

Ingredients 2 (Brown Marble)

  • 200 ml UHT Chocolate Milk
  • 35 gr sugar
  • 50 gr DCC / 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 5 g agar2 clear

Material 3 (Yellow Layer)

  • 1300 ml UHT Milk
  • 125 gr sugar
  • 2 packs of clear agar
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 100 gr Butter, melt
  • Salt, Vanilla

Ingredient 4 (Jam Layer)

  • 5 Strawberries, blender with tsp water
  • 40 gr sugar
  • 200 ml Water
  • 4 g clear agar
  • Vla ready to use

Step

  • Baking Pan 18x18x7cm
  • 1. Cook ingredients 3 first, mix the milk, agar2 also sugar, then add the beaten egg that has been mixed with butter, mix well, add vanilla, salt, cook until boiling, set aside
  • 2. Cook ingredients 2, mix all ingredients, cook until boiling, set aside
  • 3. Cook ingredients 1, make caramel, then remove
  • 4. Pour the caramel liquid, divide into 2 parts (top and bottom)
  • 5. After 1/2 set slowly pour the yellow pudding liquid about 2-3 spoons, then pour over the chocolate pudding liquid, randomly
  • 6. Slowly continue to pour the yellow liquid, after 1/2 part of the liquid
  • 7. While waiting for 1/2 pudding set, make a layer of jam, cook all ingredients, remove the heat, then pour slowly over the yellow layer
  • 8. After 1/2 set, pour back the remaining yellow pudding liquid, continue to pour the chocolate pudding liquid, randomly. 9. Last layer with caramel pudding liquid, let the pudding really set
