Ingredients

  • 500gr margarine (mix butter).
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 1 whole egg
  • 4 egg yolks (I use kmpng chicken eggs).
  • 100gr cornstarch
  • 100gr milk powder
  • Vanilla paste/vanilla powder
  • -500gr tapioca flour (adjust).

Stuffing

  • Homemade Pineapple Jam.

Method

  • Beat margarine, butter, sugar until well blended.
  • Add eggs one by one beat well.
  • Add the powdered milk and cornstarch and mix well.
  • Add enough flour to mix well.
  • Round the pineapple jam and shape the leaves
  • Bake at 100'c on top and 150'c on bottom for 60 minutes
  • Once cool, brush with egg yolk, olive oil (2:1)
  • Bake again with a fire over a temperature of 170'c until golden brown -25 minutes.
