A. Brownies Ingredients

  • 300 gr egg white
  • 70 gr Ovaltine @ovaltineidn
  • 140 gr low protein flour
  • 100 gr chocolate bars
  • 4 tbsp white SKM
  • 80 gr sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

B. Ovaltine Sauce Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp full Ovaltine @ovaltineidn
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 200 ml uht milk
  • 1/2 tsp dark cocoa powder

C. Topping

  • @ovaltineidn for sprinkles
  • chocochip
  • grated cheese

How to Make Ovaltine Melted Egg White Brownies

  • A. Egg white brownies
  • 1. Heat the steamer
  • 2. Melt in a bowl, chocolate bars & skim. set aside
  • 3. Mix & sift: flour, Ovaltine & baking powder. set aside
  • 4. Beat egg whites & sugar until fluffy
  • 5. Enter the flour sifter, Ovaltine & td baking powder, mix well
  • 6. Enter the melted chocolate & skim, mix well using a spatula
  • 7. Enter the vanilla extract, stir briefly
  • 8. Pour into a pan that has been smeared with Carlo/cooking oil. Steam for 35 minutes / until cooked
  • B. Ovaltine sauce
  • 1. In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients, mix well. Cook until boiling
  • C. Solution
  • 1. Cut the brownies to the size of a serving container
  • 2. Put the brownie pieces into the mica/serving container. Drizzle with Ovaltine sauce, add topping
