Ingredients

  • 500 gr low protein flour
  • 500 ml liquid milk
  • 250 gr granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 65 ml coconut milk (kara triangle)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 75 ml melted butter

Method

  • -Whisk all the liquid ingredients on medium speed, after mixed well add the flour… stir well then add the melted butter..
  • -Heat the mold, grease it with butter and then pour it in... set the temperature on high, after the edges start to dry, turn the dough over, let it cook and then remove it
  • - can be filled with cheese or chocolate, then flush with toppings according to taste
