Letter Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 100 gr sugar
- 1 tsp SP
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 75 gr wheat flour
- 25 gr cornstarch
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 80 gr margarine, melt

- Buttercream
How to make
- 1. Beat eggs, sugar, SP, vanilla and salt until thick and fluffy.
- 2. Enter the flour mixture little by little, beat briefly origin evenly.
- 3. Pour the melted margarine, stir again with a spatula.
- 4. Prepare a letter B tin, grease with margarine, cover with parchment paper, reapply margarine.
- 5. Pour the dough into a baking dish, oven at 180° heat up and down for 30 minutes. Remove and cool.
- 6. Garnish with buttercream according to taste.
