Sea Salt Choco Almond Cookies
Ingredients
- 240 gr Butter
- 150 gr Refined Sugar
- 100 gr Van Houten Chocolate Chips
- 75 gr Almond flakes roasted
- 240 gr all-purpose flour
- 50 gr Cocoa @vanhouten.kitchen
- 70 gr cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp organic baking powder
Toppings
- 150 gr Almond flakes roasted
- 250 gr Van Houten chocolate chips
- 150 gr DCC Van Houten melted
- Flaky Salt
How to make
- 1. Beat butter with powdered sugar until well blended.
- 2. Enter the Chocolate Chips and Almond flakes, mix well using a spatula / wooden spoon.
- 3. Add flour, Cocoa @vanhouten.kitchen Corn flour, and sifted baking powder. Stir until well blended using a spatula.
- 4. Take enough dough, shape it into rounds and arrange it on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, then press it with a fork.
- 5. Put Chocolate Chips and Almond flakes on top. Do it until it runs out.
- 6. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 130 degrees Celsius. Bake the cake for 50-60 minutes at 130 degrees Celsius.
- 7. Remove the cake and scribble with the melted DCC Van Houten, and sprinkle with flaky salt on top. Leave until the chocolate hardens, and the cake cools. Before storing in an airtight jar. Good luck and hopefully useful
