Surabi Material

  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 250 ml water
  • 275 gr wheat flour
  • 125 gr rice flour
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 50 gr grated coconut without skin
  • 3 g instant yeast
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs

Topping Ingredients

  • 250 gr oncom, cut into pieces and fry briefly until it changes color.
  • 1 bunch of basil, take the leaves
  • 100 gr beef bolognese pasta sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 red onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cm kencur, sliced
  • 50 ml water
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying

How to make

  • - Surabi ingredients: mix water and coconut milk until smooth. Prepare a container, put all the surabi ingredients, then slowly pour the coconut milk solution. Stir until smooth and let stand for 30 minutes.
  • - Topping ingredients: heat a frying pan then sauté the onions and kencur until fragrant, add the pasta sauce, water and basil, mix well. Lift. Prepare a mortar and then puree with oncom.
  • – how to make surabi: heat the greased mold with a little oil, pour the dough and wait until it is half cooked. Place 1 tablespoon of the topping mixture on it. Cover the mold and cook until done.
