200 ml pandan juice (I used 6 pandan leaves in a blender with 200 ml coconut milk, squeeze and strain)
80 g rice flour
20 g tapioca flour
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
A few drops of green coloring
White Coating
1100 ml coconut milk (can be reduced to 900-1000 ml if you like a denser texture)

How to make
Prepare a plastic cup
Cook the icing ingredients until they are dissolved and slightly thickened, then pour 1 tablespoon into a plastic cup. set aside
Mix all green ingredients, mix well, strain if necessary. Cook the green mixture over low heat while continuing to stir until it explodes and is cooked. Pour quickly into a plastic cup (I filled up to half a cup)
Cook the white batter in the same way as you would the green batter, then quickly pour it over the cup's green layer until it's full.
