Martabak Durian Cheese Ingredients

  • 100 gr Wheat Flour Pro Medium
  • 70 gr High Pro Wheat Flour
  • 10 gr Tapioca Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Milk Powder
  • 40 gr sugar
  • 1 Egg (50 ml without shell)
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1/4 tsp fine salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 30 ml Water
  • 3 Tbsp Butter (For greasing)
  • Toppings:
  • 300 gr Musang king Durian Meat (mashed)
  • 75 gr grated cheddar cheese
  • 70 gr Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 30 gr Baked Almond Flakes

How to Make Martabak Durian Cheese

  • 1. Prepare a container. Mix medium protein flour, high protein flour, salt, sugar, eggs, and milk powder, pour water and beat for 10 minutes until well blended. Cover with a clean cloth and rest for 1 hour.
