  • Material A:
  • 150 gr glutinous rice
  • 100 ml coconut milk @karasantan.id
  • 50 ml water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 drops of Red Dye
  • Material B:
  • 500 ml pandan juice
  • 3 drops pandan paste
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 125 gr rice flour
  • 25 gr cornstarch
  • 200 ml coconut milk @karasantan.id
  • Material C:
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 100 ml Water
  • 2 Sheets of Pandan Leaves
  • 15 gr rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Material D:
  • to taste Palm sugar syrup / Kinca

How to make a stab jump

  • 1. Ingredients A: Soak Glutinous Rice with 2 drops of Red Dye, soak for 30-1 hours, then drain, steam for 15 minutes, remove, remove and mix with coconut milk, KaraAir, Salt, mix well and allow to absorb, then steam again until cooked . Remove and set aside. after room temperature round shape.
  • 2. Ingredients B: Mix into a bowl/bowl, rice flour, cornstarch, salt, coconut milk, pandan juice and Pandan paste. Stir well until dissolved, then strain into a saucepan, and cook over low heat while continuing to stir until bubbling. Remove and pour into a container, let set, then cut into squares
  • 3. Ingredients C: Put in the pot, rice flour, salt, pandan leaves, coconut milk and water, stir well until everything is dissolved, then cook until thickened while continuing to stir. Lift aside.
