1 tablespoon cocoa powder (dissolve with a little hot water to make a thick chocolate paste)
Topping: Cheddar cheese to taste (grated)
How to make
1. Mix the eggs, sugar, and SP until they become thick and thick.
2. Add SKM and vanilla paste, mix briefly on low speed.
3. Enter the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder while sifting, mix well using a spatula.
4. Enter the liquid milk and cooking oil, stir back using a spatula until blended.
5. Divide the dough into 2 parts. One is given chocolate paste, mix well.
6. Pour each dough (white and brown) into 2 20x10x4cm pans that have been smeared with margarine & lined with parchment paper, steamed for 30 minutes over medium heat or until cooked.
7. After it has cooled a bit, take one of the sponges and rub it with SKM then stack it with other sponges while pressing it a bit. Brush the top of the sponge with Vla Susu and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve.
NOTE: If using a 20x10x10cm pan, first pour the white mixture and steam for 10-15 minutes, then pour the chocolate mixture over it and continue steaming for 20 minutes.
Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Cook while continuing to stir until thickened. Milk vla is ready to use.
