Ingredients

  • 600 ml plain yogurt set (unsalted)
  • 150 grams of strawberries, remove the leaves
  • 100 grams castor sugar (fine granulated sugar)
  • 200 ml white UHT milk
  • 100 ml dairy type whipping cream
  • 100 ml strawberry syrup

How to make

  • - Blend strawberries until smooth. Set aside.
  • – prepare a container: mix sugar, milk and whipping then stir with a whisk until the sugar dissolves add the strawberries and syrup, stir until well blended.
  • - Add yogurt and stir until well blended. Store in a closed container in the freezer until half frozen. Then remove and mix until smooth. Do this 3 to 4 times.
  • - Ice cream is ready to be served. good luck

Tips

  • - If you want it softer after all the ingredients are well mixed, store it in the freezer for 5 hours and then shake it using an ice cream machine.
  • - it's better to use a special ice cream freezer so that the aroma is not mixed with other ingredients.
