5. Cover and leave to rise for 1 hour, at 45 minutes preheat the oven to 180C
6. Brush the surface with liquid milk and then add topping
7. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes, lower to 160 and bake for 10 minutes.
8. Lift and remove from the pan, let it cool before cutting.
