Ingredients

  • 250 gr rice flour
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 60 gr wheat flour
  • 100 gr cassava tape, finely mashed
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 450 ml coconut milk (me: medium thickness)
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • Me: use pandan paste

How to make

  • 1. Boil coconut milk, salt, pandan until boiling. Leave it until it's warm.
  • 2. Pour a little warm coconut milk into the yeast, stir until the yeast is completely dissolved.
  • 3. Enter the tape that has been mashed, mix well.
  • 4. Add sugar, mix well.
  • 5. Add flour and coconut milk little by little, mix well, not lumpy.
  • 6. Let stand for 1 hour until fluffy, cover with plastic wrap.
  • 7. After rising for 1 hour, briefly knock the dough down. Move to the kettle.
  • 8. Heat the pan over medium heat until it's really hot. Pour the batter into the tin and close it immediately.
  • 9. As soon as the dry surface is not wet, it means it is cooked, turn off the heat, remove and ready to serve.
