Crumble Material

  • 3 packs of crushed oat crackers
  • 25 gr melted butter
  • 2 tbsp palm sugar (sugar)
  • 2 tbsp instant oatmeal

How to make

  • -mix all ingredients until evenly distributed, then bake for 5 minutes
  • -lift chill
  • -mixer blueand, wysman and SKM until pale, add powdered sugar, mix well then add mocca paste/vanilla extract, mix well
  • -butter cream ready to use
  • Cake Ingredients
  • -prepare a 22 cm diameter square pan, grease it with margarine and line it with parchment paper
  • -mixer on high speed until thick and traces
  • -Enter the ingredients B, beat the marata (low speed as long as it's just average)
  • - Enter ingredients C mixer origin evenly
  • -Add ingredients D, stir with a spatula until evenly distributed
  • -Pour into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 170°C for 50 minutes or according to your respective oven.
  • -Once cooked, cool on a cooling rack then spread with butter cream, sprinkle with crumble
  • -cut according to taste

Butter Cream

  • 100 gr blue band
  • 50 gr wysman
  • 30 gr SKM
  • 40 g powdered sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp mocha paste/vanilla extract

Material A

  • 8 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites
  • 155 gr sugar
  • 10 gr cake emulsifier

Ingredients B (sieve)

  • 160 gr medium protein flour
  • 30 g powdered milk
  • 10 gr cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Material C

  • 200 Gr Ripe Sun Pride Banana (mashed)

Material D

  • 150 Gr Liquid Margarine (Me 75 Gr Blue And +75 Gr Wysman)
