Material A

  • 2 ripe plantains
  • 1 egg
  • 60 g melted butter
  • 60 gr vegetable oil (cco)
  • 60 g liquid milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 125 gr coconut sugar

Material B (Sifter)

  • 225 gr low protein flour
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • tsp cinnamon powder
  • tsp cardamom powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • tsp salt

How to Banana Cake Donut

  • 1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients A, stir until smooth. Then add the mixture of ingredients B little by little. Stir again until smooth but don't overmix, then put it in a piping bag to make it easier to place in the pan.
  • 2. Prepare a baking sheet, grease it with butter, pour the dough, don't fill it too much, just , so it's not like in the video the result
  • 3. Bake in preheated oven at 175⁰C on top and bottom for 17-20 minutes
