Cheese Brownies Dates
Material A
- 200 gr DCC (dark chocolate)
- 50 gr butter
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 150 gr fine granulated sugar
- 120 gr low protein flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 100 gr chopped dates
Method
- •team DCC + butter, until melted.. add oil set aside
- Whisk the sugar + eggs using a whisk
- Enter the liquid DCC stir well
- Enter the chopped dates then the flour stir until smooth
- Beat cream cheese + powdered sugar + butter until creamy white
- Enter the beaten egg again
- Enter the flour, beat on low speed as long as it's flat
- HEAT OVEN TO 170°C
- Grease a 20 x 20 cm tin with parchment butter
- Pour some of the dough ingredients A, then pour some of the dough B, then pour the rest of the dough A again, pour the rest of the dough B.. sprinkle with chopped dates on top..
- Randomly using chopsticks
- Bake the fire up and down at 160°C for 30-40 minutes..
- The texture of this cake is a bit wet and dense, moms... it's really delicious...😍😍😍

- 1 egg yolk
- 30 gr flour
