Burnt Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 250gr cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 60gr sugar
- 2 eggs
- 70gr liquid milk uht
- 10g low flour
- 60gr plain yogurt
- 15gr butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
How to make
- 1.Mixer on low speed, cream cheese and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 2. Then add the eggs, pour the eggs one by one while continuing to mix.
- 3.While in the mixer, enter the liquid milk uht. Add the flour while sifting the mixer until well blended.
- 4. Enter plain yogurt and butter mixer until smooth. Finally, add the salt in the mixer until everything is well mixed.
- 5. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 230-240 degrees from top to bottom.
- 6. Pour the mixture into a 15cm round tin, which has been lined with baking paper. (How to line the baking paper, see in the previous video post)
- 7. Then bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until the top is scorched.
- 8. After the burnt cheesecake is cooked, does it shrink? Cool to room temperature, then put it in the fridge for 1 hour. Then remove from the pan ready to serve
