1.Mixer on low speed, cream cheese and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
2. Then add the eggs, pour the eggs one by one while continuing to mix.
3.While in the mixer, enter the liquid milk uht. Add the flour while sifting the mixer until well blended.
4. Enter plain yogurt and butter mixer until smooth. Finally, add the salt in the mixer until everything is well mixed.
5. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 230-240 degrees from top to bottom.

7. Then bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until the top is scorched.
8. After the burnt cheesecake is cooked, does it shrink? Cool to room temperature, then put it in the fridge for 1 hour. Then remove from the pan ready to serve
