Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 60 ml water
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 200 gr flour
  • pinch of salt

Topping

  • Chocolate chips
  • Almond slice

How to make

  • 1. Grease a baking sheet with margarine and flour (I use a 10×20 pan).
  • Mix dry ingredients (flour, bp, baking soda, sugar, salt)
  • 2. Mash the bananas, mix with the eggs, oil, and water, mix well
  • 3. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix until well combined. Put the dough into the tin with the topping
  • 4. Oven temperature 170-180′ c, adjust each oven.
