Material A

  • 9 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites — total eggs /- 290g
  • 110g sugar

Ingredients B (Sifted)

  • 75g low protein flour
  • 15g cornstarch
  • 15g milk powder

Material C

  • 120g butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

Filling

  • Buttercream mocha and chocolate meises

How to Make Cheese Rolls

  • 1. Preheat the oven to a temperature, grease a 30 cm size pan with margarine and line with baking paper.
  • 2. Mixer ingredients A until thick and fluffy, add sweetened condensed milk.
  • 3. Enter the ingredients B gradually until blended. Add melted butter, stir again until well blended.
  • 4. Pour into the pan, bake for 20-25 minutes (I use 200c, depending on each oven). 5. Remove from the oven, prepare the baking paper, turn the cake over, gently remove the baking paper and turn it back onto the wire rack and let it cool. Spread buttercream / jam according to taste
  • 6. Roll while compacted with the help of baking paper. Allow a few moments. Decorate according to taste and ready to be served.
