Cheese Potato Balls
Ingredients
- Puff Pastry, Cut into 7x7cm Sizes
Contents
- -300gr boiled sweet potato (I used cilembu sweet potato)
- -3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (skm)
- -80gr grated cheese
- Puree using a fork of boiled sweet potato that is still hot, mix with the skim and cheese until smooth
Spread
- 1 beaten egg yolk mixed with 1 tablespoon liquid milk
Toppings
- grated cheese
How to make
- 1. Roll out the edges of the puff pastry, fill in the middle, fold it like folding an envelope, place it on a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine/lined with baking paper, repeat until it runs out
- 2. Grease the entire surface of the bowl, add grated cheese, bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 35-40 minutes/adjust according to your respective oven.
