Economical Pandan Chocolate Sponge
Materials
- 1 egg
- 7 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Sp
- 100ml Water
- 2 tbsp milk powder
- 100gr Medium protein flour
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Pandan paste (can be strawberry, etc.)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
How to make
- pan (8x20x7cm)
- 1. In a large bowl, beat at high speed the eggs, sugar, sp, water until pale and fluffy
- 2. Add milk powder and flour gradually beat on low speed
- 3. Divide the dough into 2 equally.
- The first dough is given tsp of pandan paste and the first dough is given 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Stir evenly
- Pour the mixture into a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine / oil. Enter one by one and then scribble using a skewer or toothpick

- 4. Steam 15-20 minutes / until cooked
- 5. Remove the cake from the pan, let cool and cut according to taste.

- Choose fresh eggs for good beating
- Shake at a gradual speed from low to high
- •For steamed cakes when steaming the dough, it can't get water droplets that cause lumps
- Steam over medium heat tends to be small, the cake is not bubbly / wavy
