100 gr Premium Multipurpose Wheat Flour Compass Medium Protein from Interflour
30 g sugar

1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs @ 62 gr (weight plus shell)
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
40 gr water (can be replaced with UHT milk)
How to make
1. Mix all dry ingredients, mix well.
2. Enter all liquid ingredients except water, mix well. Pour water, stir until it becomes a smooth dough and there are no lumps of flour. Cover, let stand 15 min.
3. Prepare a non-stick pan, turn on the stove on low heat. Pour the dough in a condition that the pan is not hot, a sign that the pan is not hot when the dough is poured it doesn't sizzle.
4. As soon as the dough enters, immediately raise the stove fire to medium heat.
