Dorayaki Burger
Dorayaki Ingredients (Yield 6 Pcs)
- 100 gr Premium Multipurpose Wheat Flour Compass Medium Protein from Interflour
- 30 g sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs @ 62 gr (weight plus shell)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 40 gr water (can be replaced with UHT milk)
How to make
- 1. Mix all dry ingredients, mix well.
- 2. Enter all liquid ingredients except water, mix well. Pour water, stir until it becomes a smooth dough and there are no lumps of flour. Cover, let stand 15 min.
- 3. Prepare a non-stick pan, turn on the stove on low heat. Pour the dough in a condition that the pan is not hot, a sign that the pan is not hot when the dough is poured it doesn't sizzle.
- 4. As soon as the dough enters, immediately raise the stove fire to medium heat.
- 5. Wait until the surface is foamy and partially dry before turning it over. Immediately reduce the heat of the stove. Wait about 10 seconds, pick up.
- 1. Mix all ingredients and mix well.
- 2. Divide into 3, flatten.
- 3. Grill over a lightly oiled pan until cooked and browned.
Chicken Patty Ingredients
- 225 gr chicken thigh meat, puree
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely grated
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 egg
Solution
- Take 1 dorayaki, stack it with lettuce, patty, cucumber, tomato, ready-to-use burger sauce, slice cheese. Cover with 1 dorayaki. Enjoy it while it's warm it's even better 😍
