Bread Pudding Ingredients

  • – 6 slices of white bread, cut into 2
  • - 2 eggs
  • – 55gr granulated sugar
  • – 400ml liquid milk
  • - raisins and chocochips to taste

Method

  • - mix sugar and eggs beat briefly until well blended
  • - add fresh bread, stir
  • – put it in an aluminum cup (NOT FULL)
  • – sprinkle with raisins and chocochips
  • – Bake in the au bain marie method / add water first
  • Or you can steam it too
  • For -25min
  • - mix all ingredients, stir until dissolved
  • - Cook until boiling
  • – remove and cool

Custard Ingredients

  • – 500 ml liquid milk
  • – 2.5 tbsp sugar
  • – 1/2 tsp vanilla paste (I used 1 tsp)
  • – 1.5 tablespoons custard flour (can replace with 1.5 tablespoons cornstarch flour 2 egg yolks)
  • – 1/4 tsp salt

Solution

  • - pour the custard over the bread pudding
  • - add toppings according to taste
  • - ready to be served
  • - can be served warm or cold
