Ingredients.

  • 60 g ebi, wash clean
  • 100 gr sweet radish
  • 1 pc curly chili / cayenne pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock

How to make

  • 1. Puree the ebi and radish, can be chopped or use a chopper.
  • 2. Puree the garlic, onion and chili using a chopper by adding a little vegetable oil.
  • 3. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, stir-fry all the ingredients that have been mashed, add salt, sugar and mushroom broth.
  • 4. Cook, stirring constantly over low heat until dark brown and dry.
