Ebi Stuffed Bread
Ingredients.
- 60 g ebi, wash clean
- 100 gr sweet radish
- 1 pc curly chili / cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 cloves of red onion
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
How to make
- 1. Puree the ebi and radish, can be chopped or use a chopper.
- 2. Puree the garlic, onion and chili using a chopper by adding a little vegetable oil.
- 3. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, stir-fry all the ingredients that have been mashed, add salt, sugar and mushroom broth.
- 4. Cook, stirring constantly over low heat until dark brown and dry.
