Pudding Brownies Ingredients

  • 2 Packs of Chocolate-flavored Agar (I used Agarasa)
  • 5 Soft Bread Without Skin
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1600 ml Chocolate UHT Milk
  • 200 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (if using plain UHT milk, please add sugar, yes, UHT chocolate tastes sweet, so just a little sugar)

Vla (No Egg)

  • 250 ml Plain UHT Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sweetened Condensed
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Maizena
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Paste
  • Mix all the vla ingredients together, stir until it boils and thickens

Toppings

  • Chocochips according to taste

How to Make Pudding Brownies

  • 1. Blend white bread with agar-agar, cocoa powder and some milk until smooth.
  • 2. Pour in a saucepan, add the remaining milk, DCC and sugar, cook until boiling.
  • 3. Pour into the mold, cool until the pudding set.
  • 4. Remove from the mold, pour the vla over the pudding and sprinkle with chocochips.
