80gr palm sugar/brown sugar (I only used 60gr brown sugar)

How to make
1. Prepare the ingredients, mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder, sifter
2. Mix the butter and sugar until creamy, add the eggs one at a time, interspersed with 1 tablespoon of flour, spaced 1 minute apart from each egg.
3. Lower the mixer speed to the lowest, add the flour little by little alternating with the honey and banana marinade, help stir with a spatula (don't overmix)
4. Pour into a loaf pan that has been lined with baking paper and smeared with margarine, bake in the oven at 180C for 40 minutes (I used 50 minutes) adjust to each oven, do a toothpick test.
