Sponge Sakura
Ingredients
- 190 gr sugar
- 35 gr Margarine
- 350 ml of warm water
- –
- 200 gr wheat flour
- 35 gr cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 45 gr Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Cooking oil for spread
Step
- 1. Heat the steamer, put a napkin on the lid of the pan
- 2. Enter the sugar in the pan, cook over medium heat, until the sugar dissolves, while stirring so that the sugar doesn't burn, then add the margarine.
- 3 Pour the water into the caramel, stir and cook until it boils, then remove from the heat
- 4. Sift, flour, cornstarch, baking powder and baking soda
- 5. Pour the caramel water into the flour sifter, mix well, then strain
- 6. Prepare the sakura sponge mold, before that, grease it with cooking oil
- 7. Pour the dough into the mold
- 8. Then steam for 20-25 minutes on medium heat
