Pineapple Roll Ingredients

  • - 3 eggs
  • – 3 egg yolks
  • – 50 gr sugar
  • – 50 gr wheat flour
  • – 10 grams of powdered milk
  • – 10 gr cornstarch
  • – 75 gr butter, melted

How to make Pineapple Rolls

  • 1. Mix all eggs and sugar until thick and fluffy with high speed (15 minutes)
  • 2. Then lower it to the lowest speed, then add the flour, cornstarch, powdered milk (which has been sifted) and finally the butter, just mix well, turn off the mixer and stir with a spatula again just to see if there is any butter deposit at the bottom of the dough.
