Milo Sago Creamy Ice Ingredients

  • Chocolate Pudding

  • – 5gr agar2 powder
  • - 100gr sugar
  • – 100gr milo powder (not the 3in1 one)
  • – 10gr cocoa powder
  • – 750ml liquid milk

Broth

  • – 100gr milo powder
  • – 750ml liquid milk
  • – 300 evaporated milk
  • – 250 ml of sweetened condensed milk (I less than this / according to taste)

Toppings

  • - Nata de Coco
  • - pearls (I'll skip it)
  • – basil
  • – chocochips

How to Make Ice Milo Sago Creamy

  • – Pudding: mix all ingredients into 1, cook until boiling, pour into a baking dish, after set cut into small squares
  • – Sauce: mix all ingredients until well blended
