Puter Ice Ingredients

  • 400ml KARA Coconut Milk
  • 100ml water
  • 90gr granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp taro powder
  • Method :
  • • Cook all ingredients until boiling on the edges, remove and pour into a container, let cool, then cover the container & put in the freezer for about 3 hours.
  • • Once frozen, puree with a food chopper, pour back into a closed container, put in the freezer again until solid.

Purple Sweet Potato Jam Ingredients

  • 100gr purple sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 50ml water

Method

  • • Steamed Purple Sweet Potatoes, Then Puree With Food Chopper, Add Sugar And Water.

Presentation

  • In a glass put purple sweet potato jam, ice puter, and top with avocado, pearl sago, slices of white bread, and meses.
