Purple Sweet Potato Ice
Puter Ice Ingredients
- 400ml KARA Coconut Milk
- 100ml water
- 90gr granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp taro powder
- Method :
- • Cook all ingredients until boiling on the edges, remove and pour into a container, let cool, then cover the container & put in the freezer for about 3 hours.
- • Once frozen, puree with a food chopper, pour back into a closed container, put in the freezer again until solid.
Purple Sweet Potato Jam Ingredients
- 100gr purple sweet potato
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 50ml water
Method
- • Steamed Purple Sweet Potatoes, Then Puree With Food Chopper, Add Sugar And Water.
Presentation
- In a glass put purple sweet potato jam, ice puter, and top with avocado, pearl sago, slices of white bread, and meses.
