Mango Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients (Chocolate Layer)

  • 2 pieces of white bread
  • 1/2 bks agar2 plain (me: swallow)
  • 400 ml uht milk chocolate
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Ingredients (Mango Layer)

  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 bks agar2 plain
  • 1 tsp Nutrijel Lychee
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 200 ml plain uht milk
  • 200 ml boiled water

Additional Ingredients

  • A Few Pieces of Biscof Lotus

How to make

  • A. Chocolate coating
  • 1. Blend white bread with a little milk
  • 2. In a saucepan, mix all ingredients, mix well (including white bread that has been blended before)
  • 3. Turn on the fire, cook until it boils while stirring
  • 4. Turn off the heat, let the steam disappear, divide the dough into 2, put some of the dough in the containers. Cool, set aside
  • B. Mango Layer
  • 1. In the saucepan, mix all the ingredients except the mango
  • 2. Stir well. Then turn on the fire, cook until it boils while continuing to stir
  • 3. Turn off the heat, let the steam dissipate
  • 4. Take the chocolate pudding layer, arrange the mango on top of the chocolate pudding, flush with the clear pudding. Do it until it runs out. Let cool, set aside
  • C. Solution
  • 1. Take the rest of the chocolate pudding dough, heat it up for a while
  • 2. Pour the rest of the chocolate pudding over the Mango layer
  • 3. Give biscof lotus biscuits as a topping
  • 4. Chill before serving
