Material (For 10 Mini Cup Uk D 4cm)

  • 50 gr dark choco couverture
  • 65 gr coconut cooking oil
  • 100 gr coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 65 gr mocaf flour
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • tsp salt

How to make

  • 1. As usual, first melt the dcc mixed with oil (mamak just put it in the rice cooker), let it cool
  • 2. Beat eggs and sugar until light n fluffy, and sugar is completely dissolved, add melted chocolate, mix well, finally add flour, cocoa powder and salt, mix well again.
  • 3. Pour into a previously greased mold.
  • 4. Put in the air fryer, bake at 175⁰C for 18-20 minutes
